![Just in time for Hallowe’en, Meg picked me up a copy of Gremlins on Blu-ray for $10. I’ve been meaning to pick it up for some time now because it’s always been one of my favourite dual-holiday films (Set at Christmas time with horror/Hallowe’en themes - like Nightmare Before Christmas which I watched twice a year at those times).
It comes with commentary and featurettes that I can’t wait to watch.
Still waiting on some confirmation on a Gremlins 2 Blu-ray, which was far more tongue-in-cheek and ridiculous than the first. I’d love to be able to round out the collection with two of my favourite “horror” films from when I was a kid.
